The cat has such good balance, and seems quite content up there. I love how the cat even likes to jump back up when put down!

Okay so his nick is Catman Charlie. Look it up, there are many more videos. I saw him on tv before then looked him up on youtube, first I saw he had a beard, but based on the cat I think it's the same guy without the beard in the other videos.
