You're getting ahead of yourself Bled lol.
There will be one winner from the European side of things, and one winner from the North American side of things. If the two winners wish to play one final round against each other then they may do so.
Here is how it is currently going to run on the North American side of things:
Players will enter Server #1 no earlier than 6:45pm EST.
Server #1 will start at 7:00pm EST.
Server #1 will play Destroyed Village with the first 32 participants who enter the server being allowed to play.
Server #1 is located out of New Jersey, USA
For all those who have been eliminated form Server #1, they can either sit in spectate and watch the rest of the match, or they will have the option of trying again in another server on another map in half an hour.
Players will enter Server #2 no earlier than 7:15pm EST.
Server #2 will start at 7:30pm EST
Server #2 will play Algiers with the first 32 participants who enter the server being allowed to play.
Server #2 is located out of Chicago, IL, USA
For all those who have been eliminated form Server #2, they can either sit in spectate and watch the rest of the match, or they will have the option of trying again in another server on another map in half an hour.
Players will enter Server #3 no earlier than 7:45pm EST.
Server #3 will start at 8:00pm EST
Server #3 will play Stalingrad with the first 20 participants who enter the server being allowed to play.
Server #3 is located out of New York, USA
Yes, Server #3 is smaller than the others at this point, but that may change before Saturday - I am not entirely sure. I asked numerous clans if they would be interested in sponsoring this event by hosting a server for the weekend (including MFF) and did not receive many replies. Of the replies I did receive - one of the servers had a smaller Max Player Size than the others. We will work with what we have. Since Stalingrad has been modded out in such a way that it has the smallest of the three playing areas, it will be ran on the server with the smallest max amount of players.
After the three matches have concluded, the winners from each map will play to 20 kills on Stalingrad, and the winner of that game will be crowned the North American Champion.
The procedure will be very similar on the European side of things, with the exception of the Stalingrad server being able to hold 32 players rather than 20, and the servers are all hosted out of the United Kingdom.
It is hard to schedule an event so that people living in different areas of the world can play together, and even harder to find a server where one of the players does not have a huge advantage over the other due to ping issues. This is why there is the possibility for two champions, rather than just one.
Hopefully we will see a lot of MFF members participate in the event this weekend! Don't forget that you can NOT enter the server after the match has started, so be there on time!
I think I have answered most of the questions from the post lol.. If I haven't let me know and I'll do my best.
