Guys, I've been playing on your freeze-tag rifle only server since the beginning. I go by different names purely for fun, some have been: -=((FATAL))=-Sk8er4life, -=((FATAL))=-Majestic, -=((FATAL))=-Kryptos, -1Mc- Indulgence, -1Mc- Full Circle, Symphony, most recently and what lead to MFF kicking me on Thanksgiving was "Puff, The Magic..." this is when I was accused of hacking then kicked. I laughed it off..

Today I logged on to play with some NUF friends on your freeze-tag rifle only server.. On v2 map I opened the suicide door because allies were just sitting in there bashing each other and I get shot and say "Come on out", then next spawn I am forced blown up by an admin.. I replied with "mff don't be vj8rspu Gosh the navy sounds like fun!" console replied "You're done."  and then I was banned.. Somebody has accused me of hacking, kicked me for it, makes me blow up and then bans me because I'm not happy about it? I feel abuse of power is going on. I'm hoping OC or some old timers chime in here, I want to continue playing on your server like I have the last 5-6 years. Here is the clip of what happened that got me banned and I have other clips of me playing in your server if certain people still believe I hack.

You state you have been playing here for years witch I know you have, i am sure you know the rules, yet you come in break everyone you can think of but your be harassed, you might want to reevaluate your thought process obviously your short some ram and processor speed.. Our server is like your ability to legally drive a car its a privalige not a right and your revoked....

I appreciate the personal insult, I wouldn't expect anything less from you. It has been you the last 24 hours having an issue with me.. would you be so kind to tell me specifically why you banned me? Because I opened the suicide door on V2 or my reaction to somebody kicking/making me explode?

We try and promote a family friendly atmosphere in our servers and whilst you may not have been treated to your liking, the outburst would have been enough for me to ban a clan member so should you expect less of a guest?

Sk8er4life I have been here for five years now and this is not the first time you have appeared in this thread.  The first time I saw you appealing in this thread, BigRed himself banned you and at that time you claimed to know Naughty and said she would vouch for you prior to her becoming an MFF member and you have been back again and again and now you are back once more.

Since you have been around for so long I just don't understand why you can't conform to our rules that have been the same for the past five years.  Hacking is not the main reason to be banned in our servers and you should know that we do not allow inappropriate names, disrespect of our members, disrespect of our guest and especially disrespect of our admins.  All of those will get you into trouble way before we figure out you have a hack and apparently this is your favorite thing to do!!!

The banning admin will be addressing this soon and until then you are banned.

There have only been issues with me when I've been wrongfully accused of hacking from clan members. That's not bad over the course of over 5 years. If I was never treated with disrespect these couple instances would never have happened. My 5 word outburst came from frustration from the treatment I was receiving, I apologize for contributing to an unfriendly environment.

It honestly is mind-baffling how people STILL think I cheat after I have proof showing I don't. May I ask what proof any of you have of me cheating? Watching me in spectator does not equate to proof.

I'm sorry for any grief I've caused you Silent, or any MFF member. MFF is one of my favorite servers to play at, just not under these circumstances. Hope to continue playing with former clan mates and friends that I learned to play with again.

I think that like Target said, after all those years, if you're still not able to behave correctly in the server, follow the rules, respect people, even after being banned once by the Clan Leader, there is a problem. I'm gonna give you an example of what happened. You got pulled over by a police officer for going 10km/h over the limit. That's not that much, but he still gave you a tiket. When you received the tiket, you spit in his face. Don't expect him to be lenient.

Now that you got banned and want to play again in the server, you start apologizing and be how great respectful with everyone (maybe you'll not be respectful with me anymore though lol).

I'm asking myself and I think the GS are asking themselves also; Does this person, after all the chances he got to correct his attitude when something does not make him happy, deserve an other chance, and if, and I say IF, he ever gets an other chance, will he start behaving badly if something else happen again?

I feel like you didn't read my post or decided to ignore what I said in them. The analogies are cute though, I used them on people when I administrated Bungie's 50,000+ player server back in the day.

I've known you for a long time, sk8er. Heck I think I've even been playing with you since I've been in MFF for 5 years. I am going to have to agree with everyone else. I can remember when Red banned you for exact same reason. It seems like since then you have not changed your attitude. Instead of mouthing off to the admins and swearing(might I add you've been playing on our servers for years so you should know the rules), you need to watch what you say. Have respect for us and our guests, then we will have respect for you. Just my "two cents" take it or leave it. That's all.

This is not the first time I've seen it, this is not the first time we've had problems with you, but this will be the last.

I have absolutely no regrets on banning you (Now you know who banned you, so you can stop blaming every other admin).

Everything you posted in your first post is true. You openly admit to going into allied spawn hall (as your video shows), which you know is against the rules. Prior to that, you were told by 6 different people not to go into the spawn hall, and yet you still continue to do it, that is when another admin decided to deal with you. It was not the only time you went into the spawn hall either.

We have admins in the server who can deal with others who do not wish to play the game when bashing each other in spawn hall, there is absolutely no reason for you to break the rules.

However, you were not banned for going into spawn hall.

You were originally banned for using additional help, that ban was placed on hold, at your request, and my discretion.
You were able to remain in the server and play 1.5 maps without causing any more problems. But in that last half a map, your inability to respect the rules that, after reading everyone's post here, I KNOW you know, the disrespect you've shown in the server to our members, the disrespect you've shown here, the swearing - at an admin, and the suspected additional help you were using before you recorded a video of you playing, is the full reason for this ban.

Please learn from your mistakes.

I fully intended to lock this thread before Papa posted. But he would like you to have another chance in your appeal, so I will leave it open for you to reply.
