Why am I banned?

I am just wondering how come all of a sudden you banned me on your server?
[Outlaws] Grumpo or MwM Grumpo those are the 2 names I use and I am wondering why all of a sudden I am banned.

You were banned several weeks ago by me. I honestly cannot remember the reason at the moment, but it was a temporary ban, and it has been lifted.

Please be sure you are not using any additional help such as wall hacks, or glow skins.
Please be sure you respect our server rules, our members, and our guests.

These are generally the reasons people are banned.
