Banned

Hello all,

I hopped on to the MFF Rifles Only Freeze Tag server in MoHAA today to play for a bit, as I have not played for awhile. My gamer tag is Gunslinger. I hopped on today to play on a server I used to play on months and months ago to discover that I had been banned from that server. Now I don't know why I am banned, as I do not know that I did anything wrong.
I don't know my IP, nor how to get it, or when this ban occured. I play on a shared family computer, so it is quite possible it may have been one of my brothers. If this is the case, I am extremely sorry. I know it sounds cheesy, or fake, but I am very sorry as to whatever caused this ban. I can assure you that it will not happen ever again. I'd really like to be able to get back in there and get my rear kicked, and get to know, all of you guys in game. If you could kindly let me know the cause of the ban, I will see to it that the perpetrator gets punished accordingly. Again, I am truly sorry, and hope that you see fit that I am able to play once again on your server.

One of our admins banned you on 7-20-2010 for wallhacking. Now as stated  we ban for what was seen ,does not matter if reason being was a brother , friend, are somebody else , we have no way to tell whether its the truth or not . The admin that banned you should reply  to you shortly and it will be up to him to see what happens next .

Alright, well thanks for the answer. I didn't think siblings would mean any leniency, I understand completely in trying to keep the servers hack free.

Siblings is usually the most common excuse used so we have to be uniform with our decisions in this area, however, you have been very polite and friendly with your appeal which is credit to you.

I was the one that banned the player named OmNom and that person was cheating. I've seen you in our server too Gunslinger and don't remember seeing anything suspicious.  I have no problem with the ban being lifted, but if I was you...I'd try to find out who was using the computer under that name.  Also, I'd check to make sure any cheats that were installed are completely removed before jumping back in our server.  I'll be watching

Sorry it took so long to respond, I've been on vacation out of state and just got back in.  I also agree with the others who have posted in that we appreciate the respect and courtesy you have shown in response to the situation.
