or is there no posting of the MFF server rules located in the public areas of the FORUM?

I have used the search feature for rules and found nothing (well I did find some COD stuff.)

Just seems there ought to be a sticky explaining the server rules and expected behavior guidelines here.

At present if the Guy to my right wants to read our rules he's gonna have to apply to join us first.  ;D

If my memory's good, the guy to the right has already been in our clan for a pretty long period as he was Lead.Gen back then. Correct me if i'm wrong.

That is correct I was Lead.Gen

The problem is that i often see "Read the rules" put up in chat, well the rules are only posted for members.

At very minimum they should probably be stuck in the "apply to have your IP unbanned" section.

Just a thought up to you all.

I don't think ALL the rules scroll in game.

The rules that are posted in the clan chat are the clan rules, the server rules are displayed on  th server.
