I want to write.  Something that isn't... Twilighty.  I can barely keep that one going as it is... it's hard to write about some else's "master piece".  ENOUGH with the Twilight jokes, already!! lol

So.. I am taking suggestions.  SERIOUS ones.

What would you read about?  It won't be a how-to...fiction only please.  Give me some ideas... GOOD ones.  SERIOUS ones.  And yes, turtle and Doper and Silent and Big Red...well LOL ALL of you... I am talking to YOU!!  :P

Post em here!!  Thanks, in advance, as always.

I have a really good idea for a cult hit with it being about international conspiracies of the sort. I'm hoping to take it to Japan where it can become a manga (japanese comic) or a good story for a brilliant game :#

I've alosb een thinking about writing romance novels too. I'm a sucker for those.

you need to write about what you know most about and what your passion is.  John grisim was a lawyer and he writes court room / lawyer suspense novels and does an outsanding job.  If you created fantastic worlds as a child for play then maybe fantasy or sci-fi is more your niche but it has to be something that you can emerse yourself in, if it can't or isn't real then you need to make it feel real.  bring in emotions and circumstances that you yourself have felt or experianced and intertwine them into the novel in such a way that the reader will feel what you felt.

Don`t search for creativity, it will come to you on its own and when you least expect it.

Thanks for the word so far.  I don't doubt that I will or do lack the passion or creativity.  I was just up for a challenge...a new topic.

Red I would like to read some good Turtle soup recipe  ;D

Ok seriously Obidiah is right, why dont you write about some mohaa addict, who uncovered conspiracy through coded messages in Mohaa chat  :o
You can mix there KGB, CIA, crazy handsome Slovak player, Vampires, Zombies, Donkeys and other insomniacs who play 24 hours a day, love story of Turtle and Jophus, Doper and Papa etc.  ;D ;D ;D

That doesn't surprise me.

But since I am not currently in school, I have no interest in doing research for a historical piece ;)

Anything by John Steinbeck.

Grapes of Wrath is an amazing book but it is pretty depressing, so read Cannery Row and Sweet Thursday straight after it to lift you back up!
