it happen to me one day ?

You know Monday as i headed to meet a friend for dinner, i saw a man standing by the road with a sign(I AM HOMELESS AND HUNGRY CAN YOU SPARE A QUARTER)?
i was about to give him  $10 and i thought how many times i could have been this guy. So i told him get in and i would buy him dinner and he quickly and gladly obliged me. I took him to a fast food restaurant and bought him dinner and  a to go order for later. i spent about two hours with this guy and canceled my dinner with my friend. we talked about a lot of things and he had a home and got divorced and then lost his job and was refused any assistant from the government until he was homeless and out of work for at least six months.i took him back to what he called his corner and still gave him $10 and drove home . it makes me think how good of a life we live and how we do not know the hardships of people we see by the road. what a great life we have and just sometimes take that for granted. so next time and you can afford it give them a  5 dollar meal they will always thank you and remember we are all 2 paychecks from being those people.
