D-Day Remembrance Event

The 70th Anniversary of the attack on the Western Front of Nazi Germany during WWII is June 6th 2014. With the upcoming remembrance of D-Day, a memorial celebration will be held for all members of the Medal of Honor Allied Assault community.

Two servers from North America and two servers from Europe will be Featured during the event. These servers have been donated to the event by clans from both geographic locations. No two servers will be ran using identical combinations of gametype and weapon configurations between all four playing options for the duration of the event.

A TeamSpeak 3 voice server has been donated as well and will serve as a common meeting ground for all members in attendance of the event. While connection to the TeamSpeak server is not required, it is certainly encouraged.

Starting around 5:00 P.M. EDST on Friday, June 6, 2014, players will be encouraged to play among each of the six featured servers and mingle with each other. Starting Mid-Day on Saturday, June 7, mini-events will begin. The mini-events are not intended to draw attention from the featured servers, but to break up the routine and add another element of teamwork and communication. Mini-Events include Scrambles, Quick Draw, and a MadHouse Tournament. More information about these events can be found here: http://dday.clanbrats.org/about/

Yeah. And I'm glad that were chosen to feature a server in the event. It will be a great opportunity to start bringing people into the server again.

With only four "featured" servers we are hoping to funnel all of the action into a few areas so that all of the severs will be populated for the duration of the event.

TeamSpeak is not a requirement for play on the featured servers, but is definitely encouraged. Players wishing to participate in any mini-event will be asked to be logged on to TeamSpeak so they can hear the instructions of the moderator.
