Do's and Don'ts for Tackling Clan / Clan Member Issues
« on: April 09, 2011, 05:14:51 am »
DO

Talk to a senior team member about your problem to see if the issue can be resolved.
If the person appears to be unable or unwilling to help, talk to another person but be sure to mention the previous failed resolution attempt.....

Repeat until issue resolved or you run out of people to speak to.

DON'T

Spit your dummy out and complain about how everything is not being done properly and how nobody will resolve your issues.
If you quit before trying to resolve the issue, it is YOUR fault it hasn't been resolved.

If you haven't spoken to me, you haven't tried to resolve it.

DO

Bring your issue up as early as possible.
This prevents the issue from escalating to breaking point and provides a better opportunity to discuss the issue in a lighter, more open environment.

DON'T

Wait until your brain is about to spill out of your ears with the pressure building up. What good is it doing to anyone if you sit festering in a big pool of negative ninny juice?

Final note

Talk to SOMEBODY! It doesn't have to be someone in the {GS} or the {CL}.

If you have an issue that you think that can not be resolved by talking to either:
A Squad Leader
A Recruiting Officer
A Commanding Officer
A General Staff Member
The Clan Leader.... El Paparino

Then call the Operator and get the number for 911

good post
maybe there should be added how to talk to them

this is what I do: talk to the person through xfire and if he got time I ask him/her to come on TS and then we go to another channel

Greetings

You can talk to us any way you feel comfortable:

Snail mail
email
Private message
Xfire
Teamspeak

Heck I have said it before, if you give me 10 minutes notice, I'll stick the kettle on and you can come around for a brew!

Blaze. I have a problem with Papa. He always want to play on my team during scrims. I am fed up!
This useless message which absolutely contributes in no way to the conversation brought to you by Draernor.

If Papa wants to play on your team, it is Papa that needs help!
