I think they should be between the eyes of the tiger, in the same color, like a tatto.

I agree with Lalonga...

Text between eyes/rasterize layer/select text colour/select tiger layer/burn tool!

If you pick the right font or warp the text, you could make it look like his stripes.

*I say this like its easy... they always look better in my head than when I have finished them, but BB can probably do it better than I could.
