One of ourClan members banned

Hello MFF this is =TDR=Mystique, I am hoping I can find a reason for one of our members being banned from your server. Myself and a few other clan members jumped in your server today for a game and one of our members IP was banned. She has no idea why and has never played on your server before. Her game name is =TDR=Sweetie (i.p 74.75.252.8 ) she a good clean player and doesn't cause trouble.
We are hoping you can look into it and hopefully remove the ban.

sorry abiout this but i don't see where she is banned. i think it is like a couple of our own clan memebers being banned. we will try to get it fixed
