I don`t know if all that training is good for him or not but at around 1:40 when he`s doing barbell curls that is definitely NOT the way to do them. If he keeps that up by the age of 20 his back is gonna be finished.

Honestly... I am not very sure I could even pick up that amount of wieght in a curl.  Sack O Taters style... I can do 100 easy...  :)

They are rare, but there are some out there that have that gene. Doctors think a not so extreme version runs genetically in my family (we've always had a few naturally strong).

yeah thats too much weight for him... I have a feeling he is leaning back not cause he is not strong enough but because he would tip over other wise...

I understand that pain... I have to strap myself down to do latt pulls... lol
