Charity Tournament
« on: October 05, 2009, 08:15:20 pm »
Hey All!

Alright, so I was asked by an older friend who has a family member suffering from cancer what I thought about the following:

We would be hosting tournaments on 3 games, MOH:AA, COD4, and BF2. I'm not positive on details just yet, but we would ask each team to make a small deposit, going to the American Cancer Society. If this is something you guys would be interested in participating in, and possibly owning, (in all games ;) ) please let me know.

Thanks!

That is a really good idea.  I hope it goes well, whether we team up or not :)

That's an idea several of us have been thinking of for quite a while. Would be nice to see it followed thru, Heaven. Great idea, and I'm sure a few of us will be up for it in NUF too.

And after all, it is Breast cancer awareness month....

Well, with enough participation, it will be happening. I'll have more in-stone details, sooner than later. But if we are going to get this to work, we need to have people participate, so tell all of your friends, and tell them to tell their friends!

CFC will be hosting a tourny to benifit cancer victims and there families. there will be a $5 donation per person to enter the tourny 100% of wich will go to the american cancer society. Dates are jan 16 and 17 and the tourny will be for Mohaa and cod4 so there is something for everyone. The Mohaa tourny will consist of a custom mod by heavenbound where teams of 2 play elimination and the cod4 will most likely be a gungame tourny. As we get closer all detail will be hammered down but if you interested let me know so we can get an idea of how many to plan for.   you can reach me on xfire lordobidiah
